Case Study | A RMB 200,000 fine for selling food without Chinese label and without checking supplier’s license and relevant certification

From September 28, 2018 to December 3, 2018, a company has been selling “Japan ** Whitening Pills” on its store. However, there was no Chinese label on the outer package and no Chinese instruction along with the product.
