Case Study | Food sold online containing coenzyme Q10 and without Chinese label

Case Study

Huang purchased a multi-vitamin nutrient imported from Japan, and the product concerned did not have a Chinese label on the outer packaging.

The court considered that Huang has already known the main content of the label from the sales webpage and still bought it even if it was Daigou. Therefore, the court did not support Huang's claim for ten times’ compensation.
