The deadline for solicitation is January 3, 2020.
Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Strengthening the Supervision of Quality and Safety of Seasoned Flour Products
In order to further strengthen the quality and safety supervision of seasoned flour products (including food commonly known as "Latiao"), to maintain and promote public health, on December 10, 2019, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued an announcement on strengthening the supervision of quality and safety of seasoned flour products (No. 56 [2019]).
The announcement mainly focused on the unifying classification of "Latiao" foods, strengthening food production hygiene regulations, facility condition, raw materials and auxiliary materials, labelling management, etc., advocating salt, oil and sugar reduction, and strengthening supervision, inspection and sampling inspection.
