EU | Revise the maximum residue of Chlorate in some foods


According to the EU Official Gazette, on June 8, 2020, the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) No. 2020/749, amending the maximum residue limit of chlorate in some foods.

In Part A of Annex III of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, add the column of chlorate (some amendments are as follows):
