Canada has approved the use of cellulose and microcrystalline cellulose in sliced cheese

 
On August 7, Health Canada amended the List of Anticaking Agents Permitted (List of Permitted Food Additives) to authorize the use of cellulose and microcrystalline cellulose in sliced cheese at a limit of 2.0%. This regulation takes effect as of the date of publication.

        8月7日,加拿大卫生部修订《允许使用的防结块剂列表(允许使用的食品添加剂列表)》,批准在切块奶酪中使用纤维素和微晶纤维素,使用限量为2.0%,本法规自发布之日起生效。
