MOC | Anti-dumping investigation on imported wine originating in Australia is underway

 
On August 27, Gao Feng, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce, revealed at a regular press conference that at the request of the China Wine Association, the Ministry of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation on wine imported from Australia in containers of 2 liters or less on August 18. According to China's "Anti-dumping Regulations", investigations should usually be concluded within one year, and can be extended for 6 months under special circumstances. At present, the investigation has just begun and is being carried out in accordance with legal procedures.

The investigation agency will carry out relevant investigations in a fair and impartial manner in accordance with the law, such as adopting questionnaires, sampling, hearings, and on-site inspections to understand the situation, and will protect the legal rights of all interested parties during the investigation.
