According to data from the Agricultural Export Center of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, as of September 20, Russia exported 2.67 billion US dollars worth of agricultural products to China, an increase of 27% over the same period last year.

According to data, China is the largest buyer of Russian agricultural products, and exports to China accounted for 14% of the total agricultural exports, of which the main export products are fish products, with an export value of 1.1 billion US dollars.

Overall, the export volume of Russian agricultural products in 2020 will increase by 19 billion US dollars compared with the same period last year, which is an increase of 14%.

The second largest exporter of Russian agricultural products is Turkey, and its export volume has also increased by 27%, and its export value has increased to 2.1 billion US dollars, of which grain exports are 1.2 billion US dollars. The third largest export of Russian agricultural products is still the European Union, with exports increasing by 7% to 1.96 billion US dollars, of which fish products are the most exported at 633 million U.S. dollars.

In addition, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Egypt, Belarus, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia and Azerbaijan are among the top 10 countries for purchasing Russian agricultural products.

According to the forecast of the Industrial Appraisal Center of the Agricultural Bank of Russia, the export of Russian agricultural products can reach 27-28 billion US dollars in 2020. 25.6 billion US dollars were reached in 2019.
