The term "disposable plastic products" as mentioned in these Measures includes non-degradable plastic shopping bags, packaging bags (including woven bags), coiled bags, non-degradable disposable plastic lunch boxes, plastic tableware (knives, forks, spoons) and plastic straws. The specification standard of disposable plastic products shall be regulated by the relevant national regulations, and the scope of disposable plastic products shall be dynamically adjusted according to the relevant national regulations.
