In response to the question of whether the procedures for handling food business licenses can be simplified, the State Administration for Market Regulation replied that the Measures for the Administration of Food Business Licenses stipulates that the market supervision and administration departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may formulate specific implementation measures according to the actual conditions of their respective administrative regions.
