Japan releases management of dried agarics produced in China
Foodmate News: On October 7, the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare released a Notice that the Chinese dry edible agarics which might be salmonella contamination were recalled in the United States and Canada. The manufacturer recall object is SHANGHAI DASHANHE EDIBLE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.
Therefore, if the dried agarics produced by this manufacturer is submitted to Japan for import declaration, the importer is required to take measures such as returning it.
If the dried agarics produced by other manufacturers is declared to Japan for import, on the basis of keeping the goods, the importer is required to carry out independent inspections related to Salmonella.
