GACC | Notification on Phytosanitary Requirements for Imported Soybeans from Tanzania
On November 11, the General Administration of Customs issued the Notification on Phytosanitary Requirements for imported Soybeans from Tanzania. Since the date of this notification, it allows the import of Tanzania Soybeans that meet the phytosanitary requirements.
It stipulates that Soybeans exported to China shall not carry the following quarantine pests: Verticillium albo-atrum, Verticillium dahlia, Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. Phaseolicola, Alfalfa mosaic virus, Acanthoscelides obtectus, Callosobruchus analis, Callosobruchus maculatus, Acanthospermum hispidum, Alectra vogelii, Amaranthus hybridus, Emex australis, Oxalis latifolia, Sorghum halepense, Tagetes minuta.
