Employees who import cold chain food have a higher risk of infection. Li Ning suggested that high-risk employees who need to repeatedly come into contact with imported cold-chain food must wear work clothes, masks and gloves, and goggles and face screens should be worn when necessary. During the entire handling process, the skin should be prevented from contacting the surface of the products, and the mouth, eyes, and nose should not be touched before taking off the work clothes and washing hands. In addition, regular nucleic acid testing for imported cold chain food workers must be strengthened.
