        金某在淘宝店铺购买了90袋“日本进口米饼香脆米果130g”，商品没有中文标签。法院认为涉案产品无中文标签，不符合食品安全标准，鉴于金某曾多次购买食品进行索赔，对涉案产品是否有中文标签应当有预期，不会对原告造成安全误导，本院不予支持对其主张十倍赔偿的诉讼请求，判处商家退还货款。
