On December 22nd, the General Administration of Customs promulgated the Decision of the General Administration of Customs on Abolishing Some Regulations, which will take effect from the date of promulgation.
The abolished regulations include the "Administrative Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on Application for Guarantees for imported and Exported Goods", "The Customs of the People's Republic of China Regarding the Administration of Small Vessels to and from Hong Kong and Macau and the Cargoes and Articles" and "The People's Republic of China Customs Government Information Disclosure Measures."
