On December 22, the General Administration of Customs promulgated the Measures of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Tax Reduction and Exemption of import and Export Goods, which will come into force on March 1, 2021.

The management measures stipulate detailed procedures for the review and confirmation of tax reduction and exemption, goods tax guarantee, goods management, mortgage, transfer, and transfer to other uses.
