On December 22, the General Administration of Customs issued Announcement on Issues concerning Inspection and Supervision of import and Export Hazardous Chemicals and Their Packaging, which mainly includes the implementation of inspection by the Customs on import and export of hazardous chemicals listed in the State Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals (the latest version).This notice shall come into effect on January 10, 2021, and the original AQSIQ Notice No. 30 of 2012 shall be abolished simultaneously.
