On December 21, 2020, the General Administration of Customs issued Announcement on Issues Related to Inspection and Supervision of import and Export Dangerous Chemicals and Their Packaging, which strengthened the declaration obligations and main responsibilities of enterprises, adjusted the inspection contents and requirements. The announcement shall take effect on January 10, 2021, and the original AQSIQ Notice No. 30 of 2012 shall be abolished simultaneously.
