On March 5, the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) issued Announcement No. 2021-17, amending part of the "Designation of Self-Quality Inspection Items for Food, etc.", the main contents of which are as follows:

1. Newly set up self-quality inspection items for senior food.

2. Newly set self-inspection items for convenient cooking of set meals.

3. Newly set self-inspection items for recipe-based dietary management foods.
