South Korea intends to amend the Food Codex to newly set the limit of aflatoxin M1 in goat milk


On March 30, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) of South Korea issued Announcement No. 2021-133, which proposed to amend part of the Food Codex. The main contents are as follows:

The new limit of aflatoxin M1 in goat milk is set to be 0.50 μg/kg or less.

The above comments will be collected until May 31, 2021.
