★GACC | Emergency Preventive Measures against 2 Indian Companies★

On December 16 and 17, 2021, the General Administration of Customs took emergency preventive measures against 2 Indian companies, due to the positive nucleic acid test of SARS-Cov-2 in a sample of a batch of frozen Areola Babylon and a sample of a batch of frozen Penaeus vannamei from India. The national customs suspended the acceptance of Indian seafood manufacturer M/s. Esmario Export Enterprises Private Limited (Registered number: 528) import declaration for 1 week and SINGERY MARINES PVT LTD (Registered number: 1332) import declaration for 1 week. Product declaration will resume automatically after expiration.
