Russian agricultural exports to China fell 13 percent

Russian agricultural exports to China in 2021 fell 13% to $3.549 billion, the Russian Agricultural Export Development Center said.

China's share of Russia's agricultural exports in 2021 is 9.8%. The largest exports to China were Russian fish ($1.101 billion), oil and fat products ($944 million), meat and dairy products ($408 million), food industry products ($206 million) and cereals ($116 million). The average price of a ton of Russian agricultural products in China rose 20% to $997.

The EU topped the list of buyers of Russian agricultural products, with supplies up 41% in a year to 4.681 billion. In 2021, Russian agricultural exports totaled $36.036 billion, an increase of 22% compared to 2020.
