The official website of the Russian Federal Service for Animal and Plant Sanitary Supervision announced that from February 20, 2022, the import of stone fruit crops from China to Russia is allowed.

According to the news, the decision was made based on a review of materials provided by the Chinese side about stone fruit crop producers, as well as their storage and packaging locations.

Since August 10, 2019, the Russian Federal Service for Animal and Plant Sanitary Supervision has suspended the import of stone fruit crops to Russia due to the increasing supply of contaminated products to Russia that have been quarantined by the Eurasian Economic Union.
