FSANZ intends to approve pullulanase from transgenic Bacillus subtilis as a processing aid

On 27 April 2022, the  Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ) issued Notice no. 197-22, including application No. A1250, for the use of pullulanase from genetically modified Bacillus subtilis as a processing aid.  

   

According to the notice, the pullulanase amylase as a processing aid in starch processing, used in the production of glucose syrup and other starch hydrolysates.  

据澳新食品标准局(FSANZ)消息,2022427日,澳新食品标准局发布197-22号通知,其中A1250号申请,申请将来自转基因枯草芽孢杆菌的支链淀粉酶Pullulanase)作为加工助剂

 

据通知,该支链淀粉酶作为淀粉加工中的加工助剂,用于生产葡萄糖浆和其它淀粉水解产物。
