The Food Standards Australia New Zealand Authority (FSANZ) has issued Notice No. 197-22, including Application No. A1238, to seek comments on the use of a Serine endopeptidase as a processing aid.  

It was informed that the serine endopeptidase was produced by transgenic trichoderma reesei and intended for use in the production of plant and animal protein hydrolysates.  Comments will be sought until 6pm (Canberra time) on 9 June 2022.  
 

2022年4月27日，澳新食品标准局（FSANZ）发布197-22号通知，其中A1238号申请，就一种丝氨酸内肽酶（Serine endopeptidase）作为加工助剂进行意见征求。

据通知，该丝氨酸内肽酶是由转基因里氏木霉生产的，拟用于植物和动物蛋白水解物的生产中。意见征求截止日期为2022年6月9日下午6点（堪培拉时间）。
