Japan is seeking comments on the health impact evaluation of protease produced from JPBL012 strains

On April 26, 2022, the 856th Food Safety Committee of the Japanese Cabinet held a food safety risk assessment of protease produced using JPBL012 strains.  The Food Safety Commission has concluded that there is little risk to human health.  

   

The above content is now open to public opinion.  

   

The deadline for comments is May 26, 2022.

427日,日本内阁府食品安全委员会事务局评价第二课发布消息称,2022426日召开了第856回食品安全委员会,会上对利用JPBL012株生产的蛋白酶进行了食品安全风险评估,食品安全委员会认为其基本不会对人体健康造成损害。

 

    现就以上内容公开征集社会各界人士意见。

 

    意见征集截止日期为2022526日。
