On May 20, 2022, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued Regulation 2022-10878 waiving the Cocamidopropylamine Oxide residue limit.
According to the regulations, cocamidopropylamine oxide is exempted from the residue limit when it serves as inert ingredient in glyphosate preparation and the content does not exceed 6% by weight of the preparation.
This requirement is effective from May 20, 2022, objections or requests for hearings must be filed by July 19, 2022.
