Changed the behavior of consumers, and lead to the future existence of significant risk: Firstly is due to the local authority resources pressure, decline of inspection over the food enterprises. Secondly, the UK's delay in implementing full import controls on high-risk food and feed from the EU has reduced its ability to prevent unsafe food from entering the UK market.
