On July 18, the Republic of Korea (ROK) issued notice No. 2022-323 to amend part of the Codex Alimentarius. The main changes are as follows:
 
1. Set new limits for Fumonisins in Zen food.
 
2. Expand the scope of substances under standard management for diarrhoeal shellfish toxins.
 
3. Revise the residue limit standards of 8 pesticides including cypermethrin.
 
The above comments will be solicited until September 19, 2022.
