On September 1, 2022, the U.S. International Trade Administration (ITA) issued Notice 2022-19125, announcing the final findings of its review of the anti-dumping duty order against imports of chilled and warm water shrimp from China and other countries. Following extensive consultation with stakeholders, ITA concluded that the rescinding of the anti-dumping duty order against imports of frozen warm water shrimp from China and other countries would result in the recurrence or continuation of dumping and further increase in dumping margins. The notice will be officially published and become effective in the Federal Register on September 6, 2022.
