Russian companies have again exported a batch of milk powder to China

Moscow, October 14 (Sputnik) -- A dairy company from the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan has exported another batch of milk powder to China, amounting to about 20 tons, according to the The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision.

 

The producer passed various inspections and was included in the list of Russian companies with the right to export dairy products to China.

Since 2022, the company from the Republic of Bashkortostan has exported over 25 tons of milk powder to China.

 

Russia's milk powder exports to China will grow by 6% a year between 2020 and 2024, and China's consumption of dairy products may rise to $84 billion by 2024, according to the Russian National Dairy Producers' Union.
