A new recall of sausages contaminated with salmonella

Murray River Smokehouse is recalling a sausage because the product is contaminated with salmonella, according to a recall notice issued by the Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Authority (FSANZ) on October 13, 2022. Information about the recalled products is as follows:

Country of origin: Australia

Product name : Murray River Smokehouse salami

Weight :180g

Expiration date: Light flavor: Till February 25, 2023

              Pepper flavor: Till March 6, 2023.

The product has been sold at Harris Farm Markets, Thyme to Taste, Goldfields Grocers, Milawa Cheese in New South Wales and Victoria.

 

The FSANZ advises consumers not to eat the products and to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
