It is learned from the governmental website that the National Health Commission of the PRC (NHC) organized the drafting of 38 national food safety standards and amendments (draft for comments), including "Limits of Nitrite in Food", "Fermented Wine and Its Blended Wine", and all of those were open to the public for comment.
These national standards involve 1 pollutant standard, 2 food products, 7 nutrition and special dietary foods, 1 production and operation specification, 2 food additives, 2 food-related products, 18 physical and chemical testing methods and procedures, and 5 microbiological testing methods and procedures items.
