On July 11, 2023, the Federal Register of Australia issued Notice F2023L01004, approving the revision of the Australian New Zealand Food Standards Code by Proposal P1061. The main revisions are as follows:

Revise some terms in standards such as No. 1.1.1, No. 11.2, and No. 1.33 in the Code, and update the latest related regulations, reference documents and names of management agencies, etc.;

Revise Schedule 20 of the Code (Standards for Residue Limits of Clothing and Drugs in Food), see the table below for specific content. This announcement takes effect from the date of publication.
