According to the "Measures for the Administration of New Food Additive Varieties" and the "Provisions for the Declaration and Acceptance of New Food Additive Varieties", the following applications have already passed the technical examination by the Expert evaluation Committee's technical review and is now open for comments: the new food additive variety (D-psicose 3-epimerase, DPE), the new food fortification agent varieties 2'-Focusllactose and Lacto-N-Neotetraose, and the expansion of use scope of a food fortification agent "Sodium ferrous citrate".
