Almonds exported from the United States were found to contain excessive levels of aflatoxin

According to the EU Rapid alert System for Food and Feed Category (RASFF), on May 16, 2024, Spain notified the United States of almond aflatoxin exports through RASFF. The details of the notification are as follows:
