On September 16, 2024, the Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ) released Proposal No. M1022 to revise the maximum residue limits (MRLs) for a number of pesticide and veterinary drugs, including afidopyropen, in certain food products (see the table below for some of the MRLs, * denotes that the MRLs are set at or close to the limits of detection), with a deadline of October 29, 2024 for comments.
