Recently, the General Administration of Customs took emergency preventive measures against 13 Vietnamese companies, due to the positive nucleic acid test of SARS-Cov-2 in some samples of frozen products including Basa catfish, Nemipterus virgatus surimi and dried squid. The national customs suspended the acceptance of 9 Vietnamese aquatic product companies (Registered numbers is HK 761、DL 408、DL 364、DL 07、DL 541、DL 785、DL 77、DL 126、DL 542) import declaration for 1 week from January 30, 2022, suspended the acceptance of a Vietnamese aquatic product company (Registered number: DL 521) import declaration for 8 weeks from January 30, 2022, suspended the acceptance of a Vietnamese aquatic product company Factory No.1- Special aquatic products Joint Stock Company (SEASPIMEX - VIETNAM) (Registered number: HK 148) import declaration for 1 week from January 31, 2022, suspended the acceptance of a Vietnamese aquatic product company To Chau joint stock company (TO CHAU JSC) (Registered number: DL 489) import declaration for 1 week from February 1, 2022 and Binh Long Company Limited – BILOFISH (Registered number: DL 529) import declaration for 4 weeks from February 1, 2022. Product declaration will resume automatically after expiration.
