Australia allowed to export fish and fish products to Indonesia

On 22 April 2022, the Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and Environment issued Notification MAA 2022-07 that Australia is authorized to export fish and fish products to Indonesia.  

   

Starting from April 27, 2022, health certificates for fish and fish products exported to Indonesia will be available on the Export documentation System (EXDOC), which is used for the export of certain fish and fish products.  

   

Exporters can apply for the following three templates depending on the type of product (aquaculture/wild fishing), condition of transport (frozen, refrigerated or normal temperature) and mode of transport (air or sea) :

 Description

FXIN01

Inviable aquaculture fish and fish products (excluding crustaceans), exported only through air/refrigeration (e.g. refrigerated Atlantic salmon fillets)  

 

FXIN02

Inviable wild fish and fish products (excluding crustaceans) exported only through marine/environmental conditions (e.g. canned products)

FXIN03

Inviable aquaculture fish and fish products (excluding crustaceans), exported only via air/freezing (e.g. frozen Atlantic salmon fillets)
