The European Union intends to update the admissible daily intake of cuprum from all sources in food

 

According to the latest assessment of scientific evidence, the Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) of cuprum from all sources in food will be reduced from 0.15mg/ KGBW to 0.07mg/ KGBW announced by EFSA.  The evaluation feedback period is until August 1, 2022.  

2022年5月24日,欧洲食品安全局(EFSA)消息,根据对科学证据的最新评估,食物中所有来源的铜的每日可接受摄入量(ADI)将从0.15mg/kgbw降至0.07mg/kgbw。该评估意见反馈期截至2022年8月1日。
