According to the Official Journal of the European Union, on 18 August 2022, the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) 2022/1406, Revised MRLs for methoxyfenozide, Propoxur, Spinosad and Thiram in certain products.
Annexes II, III and V of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 are amended as follows:
(1) In Annex II, the columns for methoxyfenozide and spinosad are replaced by the following:
Pesticide residues and maximum residue levels (mg/kg) (some products)
(2) In Annex II, deleted the propoxur and Thiram columns.
(3) In Part B of Annex III, deleted the propoxur and Thiram columns.
(4) In Annex V, add the two columns Propoxur and Thiram :
Pesticide residues and maximum residue levels (mg/kg) (some products)
This Regulation enters into force on the 20th day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
