Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 23296.21-2009 Food contact materials - High polymer material - Determination of maleic acid and maleic anhydride in food simulants - High performance liquid chromatography.

As compared to GB/T 23296.21-2009, key changes are as follows:

——the name of the standard has been revised as “National food safety standard - Food contact materials and articles - Determination of migration amount of maleic acid and maleic anhydride”.

——the high performance liquid chromatographic conditions have been revised;

——the limit of detection has been revised.
