Foreword

This standard replaces the determination of migration amount of zinc in GB/T 5009.72-2003 “Method for analysis of hygienic standard of aluminum-wares for food use”, GB/T 5009.64-2003 “Method for analysis of hygienic standard of rubber sheet (ring) for food use”, GB/T 5009.65-2003 “Method for analysis of hygienic standard of products made by starch”, GB/T 5009.66-2003 “Method for analysis of hygienic standard of nipple of a feeding bottle”, GB/T 5009.79-2003 “Determination of cadmium in foods” and SN/T 2829-2011 “Food contact materials metallic material Determination of heavy metal in food simulants Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry”.

Compared with GB/T 5009.72-2003, the major changes are as follows:

——the standard name has been revised to “National food safety standard Food contact materials and articles Determination of migration amount of zinc”;

——the flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been added;

——the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry has been added;

——the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry has been added.
