This standard replaces GB/T 4789.36-2008 “Microbiological examination of food hygiene-Examination of Escherichia coli O157: H7/NM”

Compared with GB/T 4789.36-2008, the main changes of this standard are as follows:

——the standard name has been revised to “National food safety standard Food microbiological examination: examination of Escherichia coli O157: H7/NM”;

——the scope of standard has been revised;

——the equipment and materials have been revised;

——the text description for culture medium and biochemical reaction has been revised;

——the “Method II Principles for immunomagnetic beads capture method” has been deleted;

——the “Method III Fully automatic enzyme-linked fluorescent immunoassay screening method” has been deleted;

——the “Method IV Automatic detection system for screening pathogenic bacteria” has been deleted.
