Foreword


This standard replaces GB/T 5009.27-2003 “Determination of benzo (a) pyrene in foods”, GB/T 22509-2008 “Animal and vegetable fats and oils - Determination of benzo (a) pyrene - Reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography method”, SC/T 3041-2008 “Determination of benzo (a) pyrene in aquatic products High performance liquid chromatography” and NY/T 1666-2008 “Determination of benzo (a) pyrene in meat products High performance liquid chromatography method”.


Compared with GB/T 5009.27-2003, GB/T 22509-2008, SC/T 3041-2008 and NY/T 1666-2008, major changes of this standard are as follows:


——the standard title has been revised to “National food safety standard Determination of benzo (a) pyrene in foods”;


——the application scope of method has been revised;


——the pretreatment method of sample has been revised;


——the fluorospectrophotometry and visual colorimetric method have been deleted.
