Foreword
This standard replaces GB 2762-2012 “National food safety standard Maximum levels of contaminants in foods”.
Compared with GB 2762-2012, major changes of this standard are as follows:
——the requirements for maximum levels of rare earths have been deleted;
——the application principles have been revised;
——the requirements for maximum levels of lead in spirulina and their products have been added;
——the requirements for maximum levels of cadmium in daylily have been adjusted;
——the requirements for maximum levels of contaminants in food for special medical purpose, complementary food supplement, sports nutrition food and nutrient supplementary food for pregnant and lactating women have been added;
——the test method standard number has been updated;
——the description of test requirement for maximum levels of abio-arsenic has been added;
——the Annex A has been revised.
