Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 4789.13-2003 "Microbiological examination of food hygiene - Examination of Clostridium perfringens”.

Compared with GB/T 4789.13-2013, the main changes of this standard are as follows:

——the Chinese name of standard has been revised;

——the preparation process of sample has been revised;

——the mediums and reagents have been revised;

——the operation procedures has been revised;

——the Annex A has been added.
