FSANZ approved Triacylglycerol lipase from genetically modified Trichoderma reesei as processing aid

According to the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), on August 19, 2024, FSANZ issued Notice 301-24, which approves application A1284 to allow Triacylglycerol lipase from genetically modified Trichoderma reesei as a processing aid.

  

According to the notice, the triacylglycerol lipase is used in baking processes and grain processing.
