Australia and New Zealand intend to approve prolyl oligopeptidase from genetically modified Trichoderma Rei as a processing aid

According to the Food Standards Agency of Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ) news, on 29 August 2024, the Food Standards Agency of Australia and New Zealand issued Notice No. 304-24, which application No. A1311, applying to use Prolyl oligopeptidase from genetically modified Trichoderma Ridgei as a processing aid.

 

It was informed that the prolyl oligopeptidase was used in the production of brewed beverages.
