GACC | Cancelling the Validity Period of Registration of Customs Declaration Enterprises

On December 24, 2019, the General Administration of Customs issued an announcement (No.213 [2019]), starting from the issue date of the announcement, the validity period of registration of customs declaration enterprises and their branches will be cancelled nationwide.

Customs declaration enterprises and their branches who has been issued the certificate and the expiry date of certificate is after December 1, 2019, do not need to renew the registration certificate, which will not affect the relevant customs business.
