(1) Purpose and scope. Fresh -bone beef is less than 12 months old (HS encoding: 0201 and 0202), except for minced meat, mechanical separation of meat, head and hoof, internal organs, etc.;

(2) Requirement. The slaughterhouse, the division plant, and the cold storage should register in China; the specific regulations of the company's registration; the signing requirements of the export company agreement; the signature and electronic certificate certification of the authorized veterinarian visa officer; ; Export certificate content requirements (the approval number, HS coding, batch number, transportation temperature, etc.);

(3) Packaging and internal and external label requirements. External tags: product name, origin and country, registration number, production date, validity or best edible date, storage temperature, destination country, net weight, oval inspection mark, production enterprise name and address, production batch number, specifications, internal; Packaging label: product name, registration number, production batch number; shelf life (freezing 120 days, refrigerated 14 days).
